Shipping Policy:

Domestic Orders:

At Fuzions Couture, we are committed to delivering your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.

Once you place your order, it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours using a reliable courier service from Gujarat, India.
We offer FREE SHIPPING across India (for serviceable zones only).
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

 

International Orders:

International orders are also dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Our logistics partners aim to deliver your orders promptly. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen external circumstances.
You may cancel your international order within 24 hours of placing it.

 

Duties And Taxes:

All international orders from Fuzions Couture are shipped from our Gujarat, India, warehouse via UPS to your specified shipping address.

While most orders won’t incur extra charges, some international shipments may attract import duties and taxes once they arrive in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these charges.

If customs duties are applied, they must be paid by you directly to UPS upon delivery.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to unpaid customs duties and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD), returns, and exchanges do not apply to international orders.

 

Tracking And Shipping Timelines:

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery timelines are subject to courier availability and serviceability.
Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST/VAT, or other applicable charges.

 

Out Of Delivery Zones (ODZ) And Order Cancellation:

We ship across most PIN codes nationwide using trusted third-party delivery services. If your location is classified as an Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ), we’ll inform you within 48 working hours. You’ll then have the option to either cancel the order for a full refund or provide an alternative address within a serviceable area.

 

Shipping Delays:

Shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, logistical delays, etc.

 

Non-delivery And Order Cancellation:

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice to the address provided.
If unsuccessful for reasons unrelated to www.fuzionscouture.com, the order will be returned to our warehouse in Gujarat, India.

For Cod Orders:

If delivery fails, we’ll attempt to contact you by phone and email. If unreachable, the order will be marked as ‘Terminated’.

For Prepaid Orders:

We’ll try to get in touch with you in case of delivery issues. We suggest ensuring availability at the address or appointing someone to receive the package.
