 Return And Exchange Policy:

At Fuzions Couture, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

 

Exchange Policy:

Your order may be eligible for a one-time exchange under the following conditions:

  • The order was placed within India.

  • The product has stains, fabric defects, or irregular stitching and/or embroidery.

  • You received the wrong size and need a replacement.

  • The product is damaged in any way upon delivery.

To initiate an exchange, email a photo of the damaged item to hanoz.bamji@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

 

Guidelines For Exchange:

  • We recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. This helps both parties identify any issues immediately.

  • Ensure the unused product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Exchanges cannot be canceled once the process has been completed from our side.


Exchange Process:

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the item and deliver the replacement to you. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners.

 

Reverse Pickup Instructions:

When our delivery partner arrives for pickup:

This proof is essential. If we receive a damaged or incorrect item without photo evidence, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.

Our delivery partner will attempt pickup three times. If we’re unable to reach you, your exchange request will be declined.

 

Returns And Refunds:

Once we receive your return and complete a quality check, we’ll initiate your refund using the original payment method within 15 days.

If you choose Cash on Delivery, we’ll reach out via email to collect your bank details for the refund.

Returns are processed after we receive your request. Pickup will be arranged at the address provided during the original order.

 

During Sale Periods:

  • Products purchased at a discount cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Due to high demand during sales, order cancellations due to shipping delays are not accepted.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.


International Orders:

All customs duties and taxes for international deliveries must be paid by the customer, based on the shipping destination’s regulations.

If your order arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, contact us immediately via the provided email or phone number.


Refund Policy –and Fuzions Couture:

Your purchase is eligible for a one-time exchange if it meets the following conditions:

  • The order was placed within India (domestically).

  • The product has fabric stains or visible stitching/embroidery defects.

  • You require a different size for the same product.

  • The product was received in a damaged condition in any form.

To initiate an exchange, please email a photo of the damaged product to hanoz.bamji@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Guidelines:

  • We strongly recommend recording the unboxing video of your order to help both parties identify any quality or condition issues immediately.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Please include your full name, required size, and order number in the email for quicker processing.

  • The item must be unused, with original packaging, price tags, and invoice intact.

  • Once a one-time exchange has been processed, cancellations are not allowed.


Exchange Process:

Upon receiving your email, our Customer Support Team will contact you as soon as possible.

If your item qualifies, we will arrange a pickup of the original item and send you the replacement.

Please note that Fuzions Couture is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company.


Reverse Pickup:

When the delivery agent arrives at your provided address:

  • Kindly click a photo while handing over the package.

  • The photo must clearly show the package, its contents, and the face of the delivery person.

If a different or damaged product is returned without valid photo proof, Fuzions Couture reserves the right to deny the exchange or refund.


Refunds And Returns:

Once your returned item is received and successfully passes the quality check, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days. To request a return, email us within 60 hours of delivery. We will then schedule a pickup from the original delivery address. Return requests made after 60 hours will not be accepted.


SALE PERIOD:

  • Products bought on discount or sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Due to high order volumes during sale periods, we cannot accept cancellations due to shipping delays.
  • Fuzions Couture reserves the right to cancel any order if stock becomes unavailable.


International Orders:

All customs duties and taxes applicable at the shipping destination must be borne by the customer.

If the product you receive is damaged or not the one you ordered, please contact us immediately on 9825557711‬
